We respect your privacy and the information that you share with the app. While the app may not obtain data that can personally identify you, in some jurisdictions this information may be subject to data protection laws and so requires your consent to this policy. We may request access for, but not limited to, the following permissions that hold personal information: Camera access, Photo Library access and User location. Any image data obtained using the camera or photo library or location data will be kept on your device, in the app, and not shared with us or other users, unless explicitly granted so by you. Explicit sharing of any data will be done through third-party providers and can not be deemed completely secure, see 'Security' for more information. To create a better user experience, the app will automatically collect analytical information. This analytical information is very important and gives us an understanding of how the app is being used. Error logs may be collected in order to inform us of any issues that require fixing in the app. These logs may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, data you have inputted into the app, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use of the app, and other statistics. The app may contain links to other sites / apps. Note that these external sites / apps are not operated by us, and you are therefore advised to review the Privacy Policy of these products. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Age Rating
Our iOS app has been deemed suitable for any persons 4 year of age and older. This rating is generated by Apple and so the app should not be used by any persons under the age of 4 years.

The app is a service which should be used at the discretion of the user. The app is intended to be for personal use only. If you have any issues with any third-party data presented to you in the app, you can review or contact these services directly.

General
It is your responsibility to remember to keep any account information private, as we are not responsible for unauthorised access to it. This includes any account created in the app or your app store provider. The app can store and processes personal data that you have provided. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. We cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have an active internet connection.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The app can include in-app purchases that allows you to donate money to the developer in order to fund the future develop of the app. These purchases are one-off payments and do not give the user access to additional features in the app. Other non-donation purchases can be one-off or a subscription service that provides the user with additional access to content in the app. By using the app you acknowledge the difference between the two payment types and that you are fully responsible for managing any in-app purchases & subscriptions.
If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parents or guardians permission to make any purchase. Confirming a purchase means you have their expressed permission. We are not liable for any user under the age of 18 completing a purchase without permission. For information on refunds please see 'Payments, Refunds & Cancellations'.
If a purchase is not successful or does not give access to the content intended or advertised, once the transaction has been successful, then after we become aware of the issue or being notified of the issue by you, we will investigate the reason for the fault. We will reasonably decide whether to provide you with an alternative, if one is available, or issue a fix in order to repair the fault within a reasonable time period. In no event will we charge you anything further to replace or repair a purchase or the content from a purchase. In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace or repair the relevant purchase or the content within a reasonable period of time, we can direct you to the relevant App Store provider refund process.
You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the App Store Provider from whose platform you downloaded the app, and are governed by the App Store Provider’s terms and conditions/EULA. If you have any payment related issues with purchases, then you need to contact the App Store Provider directly.
Payment, Refunds & Cancelations
When you have selected a subscription service in the app, it will be active for the duration advertised and will renew automatically. Payment will be charged to your App Store Provider Account at confirmation of purchase. You will be charged for renewal 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your account settings after your purchase. If you purchased a subscription through the App Store Provider and are eligible for a refund, you will have to request it directly from them. To request a refund, follow the instructions from Apple or Google Play.
Licence Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the app and any and all content, features, materials and information made available via the app (including any purchases) are owned by and shall remain owned by us or our licensors at all times.
The app belongs to us and any data in the app is correctly licensed and acknowledged in the app or on our website. You do not own the app or any content you purchase within the app. You hereby acknowledge therefore that you are only allowed to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial, purposes in accordance with these terms and the App Store Provider's terms. You are not allowed to copy or distribute the app. You are not allowed to interfere with the normal workings of the app, this includes but is not limited to the following: decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify or create derivative works from the app or any updates or any part thereof. Notwithstanding these restrictions, any open source software components included acknowledged or used in the app will continue to be governed by the terms on which such open source software components are generally made available to the public by the relevant open source licensing entity.
App Maintenance & Support
We are solely responsible for the app development, maintenance and support. If you experience an issue in the app, please do contact us to let us know so we can try and fix it. We will try to fix any issue raised with us but we are not liable if it is not possible to do so.
Data in the app may be supplied by Third-Party providers, and so data may be subject to sudden change or may be stopped from being delivered to the app at any time, thereby limiting the intended use of the app. You understand that this may happen and any sudden change or discontinuing of data to the app is possible and is out of the control from us and we are not liable.
We cannot guarantee that the app will be maintained and will be available in the future. You understand that we may stop maintaining or discontinue the app for any reason, without giving notice or liability to the user. In the event of the app being discontinued, we will endeavour to inform you in advance. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of issues with this app or for relying on this app. You are responsible for how you use the app.
